I have always had pets from a young age. Currently I have 4 dogs, 2 cats, and 3 turtles. I also had a pair of ferrets who passed away about 3 months ago from old age. I have had fish, a snake, and hamsters. I also cared for a couple of chickens. I frequently dog sit for family friends and I have trained my 2 puppies myself. Additionally, I spent 2 summers working in the stable at a summer camp caring for their 20 horses. I truly love working with animals because they show an emotional depth that is hard to find. I have a deep appreciation for the way that animals love us unconditionally and can show us the world through new eyes.
