My name is Alexandria but I usually go by Alex. I graduated from The International Business College and Vet Tech Institiute in December of 2019 with a degree in Animal Science, and worked as a Veterinary Technician for three years until I retired for personal reasons. It took about seven months for me to find another job with my degree due to the hiring freeze, but I eventually landed a job in Applied Behavior Analysis at K1ds Count ABA Therapy with a focus on autism in late March. I loved it, I love playing with the children and helping them out, and my coworkers all said I was good at it, but I had no confidence in my abilities, and due to composite stress, I was put on a transitional period there so I could find something better suited to my specific needs. I have some experience babysitting friends, but most of my experience with children comes from ABA and helping kiddos at the vet with their pets. I love to cook, I like a clean area and am used to picking up after kids and making them help me. I like movies, arts and crafts, writing, books, science, critters, toys, and teaching. I can find pretty creative ways to have fun just about anywhere.
