We scheduled and confirmed to have Talia J. babysit for us this past weekend. We texted each other to confirm the date, time and address. Talia J. agreed and sounded enthusiastic.
After a 10 minute delay, we texted to get an update on her ETA with no response. After a 30 minute delay, we tried to give her a call in which she hung up on us. Unprofessional and poor communication.
