Marcy accepted a job offer from us as an after school nanny. Two weeks passed by, and two weeks before the school year is set to begin, we receive a text that she is accepting a different job offer.
-We had stopped interviewing all candidates when she accepted our job two weeks earlier.
-She never informed us she was going to continue interviewing.
-We did not receive the courtesy of a phone call. Instead, she sent us a text informing us she was taking another job.

This left us in a challenging position to find another nanny just before the school year starts. In our opinion, she displayed a lack of professionalism by continuing to interview after she accepted our offer, and exhibited poor judgment and immaturity by texting us, rather can calling us personally.

We would not recommend Marcy for a babysitting or nanny job.
