Mariana presents very well and communicates easily and promptly. She’s been reliable and has kept her word. She understands the importance of that. Her enthusiasm for looking after our cat is genuine, plus she has the experience and an ideal background for dealing with animals. Most importantly is that our cat liked her immediately (cats will always let you know who they like or don’t like, and he needed no time to warm up to her - instant friends!). Her personality meshes well with mine, so that’s a welcome bonus. It’s great having someone who understands Spanish as well, as we tend to mix languages in our home. She’s positive, cheerful, confident, and has uplifting energy. She’s highly intelligent, so most things are intuitive to her and she doesn’t require much guidance or supervision once you inform her of our habits and household protocols, which is rather the point, isn’t it? We’re most pleased to have met her, and our cat is thrilled. We look forward to continuing our rapport with Mariana.
