I am a sitter experienced in working with kids of all ages - toddlers included. I love playing with kids and engaging with them at a level that is appropriate for them individually developmentally and emotionally.
I believe in nurturing children and using open communication to help them express their feelings, needs, etc. I do not believe in using negative language or tones with children, and I strive to be as positive as possible with the families I work with.
I value maintaining the routine set by parents and respecting boundaries set in place by parents for their children. I know how important it is to have consistency, and I will always do the best I can to ensure things are as consistent as possible between the care given by me and the parents.
