Overall queen was pleasant to work with. My daughter really like her and enjoyed the time they spent together. She was very attentive to my daughters needs, played tons of games, helped with tummy time and other motor development activities. She is punctual and did everything asked of her. However, the reason for the average rating is because she needs to get better at her communication skills. There was a possibility for a change in hours for a few weeks that Queen initially agreed to. Instead of directly expressing that the change would not work for her and negotiating. She sought out and accepted another position only providing us with a 12 hour notice that she would no longer be working with us and wouldn’t be arriving the next morning. As you could imagine this put my family in a tough situation. I wouldn’t use this as a reason not to work with her simply to make sure that there is clear communication at all times.
