I have grown up with many dogs and cats, from Jack Russels to Great Danes, I've experienced caring for dogs of all sizes and temperaments. I spent my junior and senior year of high school voluteering at an animal shelter where I learned how to care for various types of dogs and cats that needed loving and gentle care. When I got to college, I started pet sitting frequently (Golden Doodles, Australian Shepherds, Shih Tzus). I've learned how to handle dogs with high energy and those with strict schedules, particular diets, and important medications.
Since college, I have continued dogsitting in Chicago. I work from home, so I’m very flexible when it comes to working with pet parents and their schedules. I looking forward to meeting and bonding with new animals. I’m also more than willing to care for your pet outside of just keeping them company. I’m experienced in brushing dogs with thick fur, brushing teeth, and giving different types of medication. I am more than happy to help pets who need trusted overnight care and/or frequent visits as well as any additional grooming or house-keeping services.
