Trusting your kid to a total stranger is obviously a process that needs to be fully played out to find the right fit. And I'm happy to say Eileen is one of the right fits for our family! :) While there were some slight communication issues at first, they got cleared up and Eileen has been consistently open and flexible with the process vetting process. Now that she has officially babysat for my little one a few times, I can say Eileen goes above and beyond! Not only will she do what you request (such as giving status updates whether asked or not), she will even be thoughtful in random things like throwing super wet toddler clothes into a dryer (when at bare minimum I was just expecting the dirty clothes to be tied up in a plastic bag). Additional bonus is that my child is close in age with her oldest, and they are great playmates!
