Courtney T. Pet Care Provider in Cedar Rapids, IA 52404

I do not know how to change my previous review, but I wish I could. I reviewed her way to early and got burned. We interviewed Courtney on Wednesday. The interview went very well. She seemed nice, genuine, and my kids liked her. We all agreed that she would start Friday. On Thursday, I messaged her to confirm and she replied that she would be to my house at 830 AM. It is now 550PM and she is still not here. I messaged her, she read the message, but never bothered to reply. We were depending on Courtney to watch our kids while one parent worked and the other one went to school. I had to leave work early to come home and my girlfriend had to take our kids to school with her. With our kids both having sensory issues and our daughters fear of crowds, this was not an easy feat. Courtney not showing up was a huge inconvenience to us as parents, to my coworkers who had to pick up my slack when I left, my girlfriends professor and classmates, and most importantly, my kids.
