My family has had dogs and cats my whole life.. from rat terries and chihuahuas to flat haired retrievers and blue heelers. I have never babysat anyone’s dog outside of my family, but I have plenty of experience with walking dogs and following strict dietary needs ( I was always the person to feed and walk our pups ). I took care of my grandparents goldendoodle frequently, but she made the job super easy because she was so good. I worked with a group called “ floating doctors” last year down in panama and I ended up spending two weeks with a vet from the US that came to help treat some of the villages animals, and I learned a lot about making animals feel comfortable and safe . That’s not huge but it’s something! I don’t have any training or certificates but if there is a class or certificate you’d like me to look at and do I would love to hear about it! Obviously getting along with the pet is important to me so I would prefer to meet a pet before committing to anything. I love animals and would love the chance to help care for yours!
