Lauren was great with our kids. We were visiting Nashville and needed someone to sit in our hotel. My husband and I were very nervous about the situation, but from the initial conversation with Lauren to when she left we felt comfortable in our decision to use her.
Lauren confirmed the details of the job beforehand and even showed up with a treat for the kids (who were delighted to receive a treat).
I only wished we lived in Nashville to use her more!
