SITE MANAGER 01/2019 to CURRENT -Animal Hospital
-Oversee all operations for an animal hospital, day and overnight boarding facility and grooming facility.
-Monitor, coach and supervise all team members such as veterinarians,
veterinary technicians, kennel assistants, groomers and receptionists.
-Participate in all daily operations including feeding animals, cleaning the
facilities and kennels, administering medications and holding doctors
rounds to discuss current medical cases and patients.
-Coordinate partnerships with non-profit animal shelters and rescue
organizations.
-Communicate with the owners of our patients to discuss their medical
needs or to give updates on their status while their animals are in our care.
-Hold training sessions with all employees on how to properly and safely
work with animals who may be anxious or showing signs of aggression.
-Keep detailed medical records for all patients.
-Developed training manual and on-the-job training programs for safety
protocols, food preparation, medication administration and sanitation.

-Oversaw and participated in all equestrian operations including directly caring for children, finances, feeding, medical care, programing and day to day barn operations.

including goats, sheep, miniature ponies, miniature donkeys and chickens.
-Created and executed a 400k+ budget each year.
-Collaborated with different programs to obtain grants in order to provide programing for underserved youth in the Nashville area.

-Planned and executed training and mentoring of all year round and
seasonal equestrian staff members.
