Iris was wonderful from the start. My children loved her from our initial meet-n-greet. She provided reviews from previous clients along with sharing certifications. She was always on-time, even tempered and fun-loving. I would highly recommend her and will reach out again.

Iris was a excellent caretaker for my 5 year old grandson that is on the spectrum. She merged with the family and out pet with ease. I have used her again and she is the first I call to see if she available.

We will forever be grateful to have found Ms. Iris. When it was time to go back to work, as a first time mom, I didn't think it would be possible for me to feel so comfortable leaving my precious girl with someone I hadn't known prior. But Ms. Iris has been so much more than just a baby sitter. At just 10months old, she was providing developmentally appropriate activities like mess-free finger paint, food play, she would send us videos of peek-a-boo, she even brought items and activities from home. What we appreciate the most is how intentional and proactive she is. She bought a log book to keep at our home. We use it to make notes and communicate anything new with our ever changing girl. She meticulously records her mood, how well she ate/drank, how many dirty/pee diapers, her nap times. She leaves me with no questions at the end of the day, feeling like I understood my girl's day while being away. She follows her schedule perfectly. She takes her on walks in her stroller, to the library and to the park. She is precise and punctual. She's never been a minute late. She's a true animal lover. We told her she could crate our rambunctious dogs while she's at our home, but she is comfortable with keeping them out. She leaves our home tidy as she found it and washes the dishes from the day. Overall, Ms. Iris has meet every request and expectation we've had and then gone above and beyond. She even bought our girl a Christmas present. It's evident that child care is her true passion. Leaving your baby for the first time, or really anytime, with someone new is so nerve wracking. But Ms. Iris gives me peace of mind that she'll do everything exactly as I ask, plus her own commission. What else could you ask for in a care giver?

My first impression with Iris is that she is very polite, respectful and well mannered, and came prepared with coloring pages that my kids could do for the amount of babysitting I hired her for. I would hire her again. I had a wonderful experience with her.

Iris is the BEST. Anyone lucky enough to have her work for you will feel assured that their children are with such a great care provider and person.
