I grew up with and have always lived with numerous pets. My family had quite the menagerie throughout the years: birds of all sizes, dogs, cats, snakes, mice, turtles, fish, rabbits, ferrets, iguana and even hedgehogs. I have also spent time around horses, pigs and cows. Along with working in a pet store for a number of years, plus previous critter companion experience... I feel all of this combined gives me a diverse spectrum of familiarity with animals and how to care for them.
I have basic grooming knowledge/skills, and worked with my dog on extensive trainings such as hand commands, scent scavenger hunts and free roam wilderness exploration.
