Hello! My name is Rebecca and I am the proud owner of two wonderful, loving cats! I love being a cat mom! It is so fun playing with them when they want to play.

When I moved to my current location, I had an older cat who came with me around 8 years ago. She has since passed away. It was the hardest thing I ever experienced. Her name was Leia because her eyes were almond-shaped like Princess Leia of Star Wars.

Before she passed away, another cat chose me as her owner when she came in off the street in my front yard when me and a neighbor saw her mom dead across the street. Her mom had a litter of kittens who were just weaned as we have gathered. Among that litter between me and the neighbor's house, another one of the kittens had also passed away. So, my second cat who I named Pixie because she is so tiny, was desperate to come into my home three times. The third time was the charm!

Pixie is the sweetest cat I ever had!! Then my third cat, Piper, also came in off the street. I saw her going from apartment to apartment looking for food! I prayed that she would come to my house. That whole time, she was looking towards my home. Then she came to my porch! My prayer was answered! I let her in and she is also one of the best, sweetest cats I ever had! She taught Pixie how to play because my oldest was too old to play.

My late mom had cats, her mom did too, and so forth. Our family loved cats! I am used to their quirky nature.

I do love dogs as well! My late mom had a part wolf/part dog at one time. It was so beautiful! It was very protective of our family. We also had a German Shepherd. She came to us when I was a child living in Alabama. Since then, I have a fondness for German Shepherds. Both sides of my family had dogs. They are very loyal and protective of their family.
