I grew up with four cats, a wolf-hybrid (yes, really), rats, lizards and hermit crabs. I now have three cats and have cared for hedgehogs for 6 years. I have an enormous affinity for all living things and adore spending time with them. I love them all equally!

I am currently completing my student teaching internship as a future early childhood educator. I am teaching from 8:00-4:30 each day but other than that my schedule is quite flexible and I will be able to accommodate many pet care needs.

Beyond caring for your pets based solely on your instructions, I believe pets always deserve loving attention and a clean environment. This means water and food bowls will always be freshened as well as the litter box if cats are being cared for. This applies even for quick drop-in visits. I am happy to care for the animals and be on my way if that is what is asked of me but I like to stay for at least a few minutes to ensure the animals receive pets and play if their human companion is okay with this.
