I recently reached out to a potential hire who lives nearby to offer a position. After reading my message and inquiring about my location, she never responded further. It’s disappointing when candidates fail to communicate, as a simple response would have been appreciated, even if she was no longer interested. I was prepared to offer compensation well above her listed rate, so it feels like a missed opportunity on her part. Unfortunately, due to the lack of communication, I would not recommend her for roles that require prompt responses or time-sensitive work. A bunch of lazies
