A little about me. I am a 33-year-old married Floridian and the mother of a homeschooled seven-year-old daughter. I was formerly a security officer and a substitute teacher for Hernando County. I'm currently a personal shopper/delivery driver and Founder/President of a LGBTQ+ Organization. I am currently looking for pet care jobs.

I have been around all sorts of animals since I was born and been taking care of animals since I was a young child. I grew up on a farm with dogs, cats, fish, horses, pigs, cows, sheep, rabbits, goats, turtles, spiders, snakes and even an iguana, hedgehog, a young fox, few squirrels, family of raccoons, wolves and wolf-hybrid. Along with all the farm animals, my parents started a state-certified hatchery that I was very actively involved in which included chickens, ducks, geese, peacocks, quail, and pheasants ( including many exotic and rare types of these fowl). We also had a large bird aviary with a variety of small and large parrots. Also had a pair of Rheas running around the farm…

Since becoming an adult, I have owned several dogs including pitbull mixes and several small rescue terrier mixes, a bearded dragon, ferrets, hermit crabs, and within my family, we currently have two cats and a large dog.

I am an animal lover who provides exceptional care. I strive at putting pets at ease and relieving anxiety while they are away from their normal environments. I have 25+ years of experience handling many different animals from traditional, to exotics, to unconventional pets (See Above). I am reliable, patient and trustworthy. I prioritized animal safety and comfort at all times. I am an experienced dog handler, with specialties in pit-bulls and other ‘bully’ breeds, and can restrain overly excitable and/or physically dominate dogs.

Not only do I provide basic care and companionship to pets in their home while their owner(s) are away, I can also walk and bathe pets. I'm also usually available on short notice for extended periods of time. (In- your-home sitting only for I am unable to do in my home at the moment)

I can also transport some pets to and from the vet, groomers, and/or daycare. Any other pet care services you may need, please message me and we can go from there!

Pay varies depending on job. I work within anyone's budget.
