I think that pets can be an essential part to a persons life. For example, for those who live alone such as a parent or parents who no longer have any children living in the home and they still have the need to be a caretaker. Or pets can be a great asset for the elderly, to keep them young and active. And of course pets can bring you joy no matter the situation. But, in life there are instances where you are unable to take care of your pet for a period of time and that's where I step in. Pets are apart of the family too!! I have always had a passion for being a caretaker. It makes me feel good to know that I have made a difference in a pets life or even in a human beings life.
