I have cared for 2 dogs, a labradoodle and and lab in my home. I have a large fenced in yard (1/2 acre). They both were relaxed and enjoyed walks and just hanging out.
I participated in dog training in South Carolina, Palmetto Animal Assisted Life Services, when I lived there in 2018. It gave me a fundamental understanding into the mind of dogs and the ability to shape behavior through food reinforcements.
I would provide loving support to your dog or cat. I have a vet that is 5 minutes away from my home, in case, your loved one needed medical care.
