I have been an animal lover since a small child. With all my babysitting experiences I have been asked to pet sit for many creatures ranging in all sizes. I have taken care of fish, frogs, birds, hamsters, guinea pigs, rabbits, cats, dogs, goats and horses. I feel comfortable doing daily feedings, walks, medications, cleaning of bedding, overnight, and if acceptable boarding pets at the comfort at my own household. I was a tenant on a farm with two horses living there for two plus years. I am also Large Animal Rescue certified.
I have two dogs of my own, both rescued. Stella is a three year old Miniature Australian Shepherd who was born deaf. I trained her with hand commands, sign language, and light commands. She is my true baby girl and we have a wonderful bond. For my birthday this year I rescued an eleven pound blue eyed mutt named Kevin. He has completed our small pack and made us feel whole. Being a stray on the streets of Texas it took some time, care, and love to housetrain this little dog and let him discover what love and security truly is but I could not imagine my home without him.
