I grew up on an acre of land. We always had many animals. 7 dogs and 6 cats almost all the time. I love animals because they are able to cuddle make us happy as we are to make them happy. I have a lot of love and compassion to give since they depend on us to care for them.
Yes I have been bit a few times by a dog as a child, but that never stopped me from caring! I know that most the time, if a dog does bite, it is because they are scared and trying to protect. not because they are bad or mean.
No matter what I will care for all animals as if they were my own.
I did attend dog training classes with my old lab years ago at Petsmart, so I do know some about training them as well.
