Natalie came through for us at the last minute when a sitter cancelled on us. She was so great with our toddler and two big dogs. Ivy adored her. We will definitely hire her again, strongly recommend :)
Natalie was a great part time nanny for us! She immediately began learning about the kids and making plans to meet their unique needs. She worked very independently when we asked her to, but she was also very willing to ask questions and work as a part of the family team. Natalie was responsible with our car, and able to pick up kids from school. The kids love Natalie so much that we often invite her back for one time sitting opportunities as well- by their request! She's very trustworthy, patient, and kind while being strong and firm with the children when necessary.
