I have over five years of professional, paid animal care experience via work as an animal caregiver at a local humane society, as an attendant at a spay and neuter clinic, and as a stable employee and dog sitter at a private barn. At the humane society, I was responsible for dog, cat, small animal, and large animal care, including administering medications, exercising animals, conducting basic training, and providing as much TLC as humanly possible. I recently finished graduate school and hold a Masters in Education, and I am looking to supplement my substitute teaching hours with part time animal care work.
