We were in Carmel for a couple of events, one during lunch and one in the evening. Miriam watched our 6 months old during lunch and she immediately put our baby at ease when she arrived. She followed instructions to warm up breast milk and put her down for a nap while we were away. She also sent us a couple of updates via texts. She later came back in the evening after we put her down for the night. Miriam is mild-mannered and very calming with our baby. I cannot praise her enough.

Miriam took care of my two dogs for over three weeks straight. She is someone I feel you can depend on. She also watered my numerous plants on her own volition. I am hoping that she will be available in the future as I had a difficult time with other services and there lack of dedication.

Miriam watched our 11 month old at our hotel while we were attending a wedding at Pebble Beach. She was very prompt with communication and arrival time. I felt very secure leaving our baby in her care; she just has that natural caring persona. Our baby was sleeping soundly when I returned; she did a fantastic job. I highly recommend her!!

I recommend Miriam G. highly! We recently traveled to Carmel Valley Village for a wedding, and Miriam babysat our 13-month-old son at our vacation rental there. She was extremely easy to communicate with beforehand--providing references unprompted, asking relevant questions during our phone interview, and emailing about details. The evening that she babysat, she showed up promptly to the minute even though our vacation rental was somewhat remote and her commute was about 40 minutes. She has the telltale ease with caring for babies/toddlers from years of experience as a mother/grandmother. She was not phased by my son's separation anxiety as we left, and soothed him easily when he awoke unexpectedly after bedtime. We came home to our son sleeping peacefully on Miriam on the couch. Excellent.
