Hello everyone! My name is Kirthi (Keer-thee) and I graduated from UC Davis in 2019 with a B.S. in Animal Science. I usually did dog walking for vet students from time to time, occasionally did house sitting through our facebook group and with my former P.I. (who is awesome by the way if you would like me to ask him to be a reference). I worked as a veterinary assistant for 1 year and I have restrained a 120lb basset hound by myself (that's as big as me!). So I can handle larger dogs, but I do prefer smaller pets and gentle giants are great too! I have experience administering injections as well as oral medications. Currently, I am doing my master's in public health through San Jose State's online extension, so I am a full-time student. Since I do not have a full-time job I want to be able to care for your pets and your home (unfortunately cannot board pets in my rental) when you are on vacation. I mainly do this for fun :). P.S.: I like to set up meet-and-greets before we book a sitting to make sure that your pets and I are the right fit. I like to bring my boyfriend along with me to the initial meet-and-greet and preferably stay overnight with me when applicable.
