This person is mentally unstable. She was weird on the phone, and when I came to drop off the dog, she cancelled without explanation, by texting me while I was at the door, with the dog, that she doesn't feel like taking care of my dog. Me and my family, including my senior mother-in-law, worked our schedule around the drop-off (Alexandra insisted to be punctual to the minute), and this irresponsible cancellation caused us a lot of trouble and delay. I understand that this person was a teacher, and I sincerely hope that this was a one-off outburst, and not a character trait. Either way, I wouldn't recommend entrusting her with your child or a pet, she is unpredictable and she doesn't sound normal.
