I have cared for many different species animals and my cousin has a wildlife station where they care for exotic pets that have been harmed and he sets them up medically to hesl and sets them lose again when they are healthy again. I have spent many hours working side by side loving and caring for these animals and it is so heartwarming to see them get well. I also have dogs, birds, including alot of experience with parrots. I used to lnow 4 different elderly people who had dementia or alzheimers and I took care of them as well as their pets. I would cook for the elderly people, bath them, run errands and doctor appts. I would take their pets to vet appts and fix some of them specially made dietary meals and I would exerrcise them and my hobby right now is my pets. 1 parrot, 2 cockatiels, 2 English budgies and 9 fiches. They are all very happy and healthy and I intensely clean their cages daily and make sure they have all the nutrients and treats they need to be happy, healthy pets. The elderly people ai took care of, especially if they had alzheimers were always worried about their pets and I would make them smile when they saw them eat special fruits and I went to the pet store constantly and got whatever was needed depending on the type of pet they had. Animals deserve to be loved and nurtured and they have a set routine in their lives, whether it be a cat, dog, or even a bird. They are like a small child and they depend on us to care for them and protect them throughout their loves. And slso what is important, they bring us with so much joy by making us smile and they are always happy to see you no matter what. I treasure each and everyone of my pets and love to help others with theirs, so if they need to leave their pet, they will feel trust in you if you show you truly love animals and they see your compassion as a person who takes everyones pets to heart.
