I am 28 years old I have been house sitting for seven years mostly for family and friends. My duties were to keep house clean (dishes, vacuuming, no laundry), feed dogs and cats, empty mail box, sweep yard if necessary, water plats in house and yard, if instructed not to answer door or phone I will not, sign for packages( if packages need to be dropped off/ sent off I will do so but cash for transaction and gas must be left with me before you leave! a minimum of $5 for gas if more than 3 miles from your home), take dogs for walks, empty litter box for cats, notify owner of home status with updates of home and pets on daily or on weekly bases whatever you prefer, I make rounds around the house to make cats are ok and still in house and nothing has be damaged or broking into and I will do this with you before you leave and call police and fire for emergencies. If pets have scheduled Vet appointments cash for gas must be left with me. I have babysitting experience but I am not accepting child care employment at this time. I am a college student and most of my time will be spent keeping your house clean and in my book work. Pets are ok. I am a culinary student with a SerSafe sanitation restaurant management certificate. Rates can be discussed. I am available for full time house sitting May 20th 2012 to August 12th 2012 and until my semester is done I am only available for the weekends, drop by, drop-in and overnight only.
