Hey there!

My name is Lindsey and I am a professional animal trainer.

For the last 5 years I have been working professionally as a free-flight bird trainer for Disney's Animal Kingdom, and the San Diego Zoo Safari Park.
I am now a private trainer. I have experience to help train for any situation. From service animals to basics; I can help you.

I specialize in dogs, cats, birds, and farm animals.
I have a unique process where I train YOU too! I will train your animal into the process of the behaviour, and then I will train you to keep the behaviour in your daily lives so that you and your animal have better communication, which leads to long-term solid behaviour in your household.

I enjoy what I do, and I will always find a way to achieve the goals that you have set. I have many resources that give me access to other professionals if we run into a premature stop. (I'm not too proud to ask for help!)

If you are booking me for small services such as minimal training and walks, my usual 'base' training for dogs includes outdoor behaviours. Your dog will have to learn to sit at cross-streets, wait for the lights to change for the cross-walk, and heel as they cross. I believe this is for basic safety of your animal as you walk together, or if they get out of your sight.
