Sydnie seems like a nice person but may need to work on communication. Unfortunately we had pre-planned a visit with her for a number of days in October "weeks prior". We thought we had secured a sitter and as we got closer we didn't get any response's back which forced us to look for a new sitter with limited time to get to know them. Leaving 4 stars.
