I have been surrounded by animals since I was child and always knew I wanted to work with them. I have had plenty of dogs growing up and was always responsible for taking care of them. One of my dog's in particular had a cancerous tumor and had to get her leg amputated. After a few years her other legs started to become stiff and I worked with her in doing some movement exercises to try to regain her mobility. This was something that solidified my caring for anmals and ever since have been working in different positions that have allowed me to further gain knowledge in this area.
