Kelly is a true natural as a caregiver to our 19-month old son. Initially, my husband and I were seeking a "mother's helper" to care for our son while I worked at home. But he quickly sensed that I was present. So, Kelly's role changed quickly and she welcomed this shift with ease and grace.

Kelly has all of the qualities of a good caregiver. She is genuinely happy to see our son and spend time with him. Likewise, he is happy to see her. She respects our time - she let's us know if she's running late and keeps track of the schedule. She communicated with us by giving us a daily report via text and in-person. She also comes up with creative solutions to problems (behavior, etc.) and collaborates with us, which shows that she takes her job seriously.

My husband and I can't say enough good things about Kelly. She is the best! :-)

Kelly has been excellent watching my 3 year old son for a few times now. He has enjoyed playing with her. Highly recommend because she is reliable, honest and flexible.
