I have been around animals my whole life and have learned the responsibility that comes with caring for them through many (oftentimes heartbreaking) experiences. I know the warnings of the first sign of trouble, health-wise and danger-wise, and am adept at putting sweaters on dogs. I am a mother to a high-energy Sharpei-Pitbull named Hazel and an always nervous Dove named Andrew, so I can handle your high-energy or nervous (or both!) pet. When friends go out of town, I am the person on call to take care of their four-legged family members, feeding them, cleaning them, and taking them out on walks. I am completely comfortable with birds, having taken all the claw scratches and beak pecking on my hands to last a lifetime at the hands of all the birds I have owned. I have been pet-sitting for six years, off and on, and though I am not certified, I believe that longevity and experience is not a thing to overlook when considering pet care providers. I love all animals and would love the opportunity for my pet-sitting experience to grow even further!
