I have extensive experience working with many types of animals from dogs and cats, to livestock and horses. I have worked with local kennels and animals rescue groups, including daily care of dogs, cats, and other furry critters such as rabbits. I have experience keeping poultry, and working with horses. I currently ride daily at a local hunter/jumper barn, and help to maintain and care for the horses. I can groom and bathe horses, clean stalls, clean tack, feed/water, etc. I am happy to provide regular care, or occasional care while you are away. I have raised sheep and goats, and can feed/care for, exercise and monitor 4H or FFA projects if you need to be away, care for herds, or just backyard pets. I can assist with hoof trimming/shearing if needed. I have assisted with basic training of dogs, including taking service and therapy dogs through basic certification. I do not have much experience with reptiles, but I can follow instructions and I am willing to learn. I have kept and cared for exotic birds such as parakeets, cockatiels, and parrots. Additionally, I have worked for a business that cleans and maintains fish aquariums, so I am able to efficiently monitor, clean, and help to maintain tanks in your absence.
