I've owned animals as long as I can remember and am currently aiming to one day have a career as an animal behaviorist, with an emphasis on equine behavior. I have had horses for 15 years and dogs for as long as I can remember, and as of a year ago added a cat to the family! With all of these animals, I have focused on learning about species-specific behavior and employing force-free, fear-free, and positive reinforcement-based training in an attempt to foster truly reciprocal communication and an as-equal-as-it-gets partnership. That is to say, you wouldn't exactly have to worry over me being too "harsh" with your beloved pets, as I do my best to take everything at the individual animal's pace and ensure minimal stress and act in their (& ultimately Our!) best interest. So, if you're interested in someone with a calm approach, who will undoubtedly care for your (fur)babies as if they were their own, don't hesitate to contact me! Whether you want someone hands-off who's there to supervise *just in case*, or someone who will engage in play, walks, or even some basic clicker training (only if approved of by you of course! We would go into much further detail beforehand if you're unfamiliar), I would love to be apart of it and provide the best care for this beloved part of the family.
