Originally from a farming community in Iowa, I moved to Arizona in 1980. After graduating from ASU, I launched a successful career in mortgage banking; until the real estate crash in 2008.

Given the need to diversify, while also wanting to help families in other caring ways, I transitioned to pet care. My childhood love of animals is expressed as the owner of Doolittle's Doghouse.

Our fundamental mission to provide a loving home environment for pets while their parents were away.

We board our dog guests in our private homes and also offer move-in care in the client's home. My dog nannies are primarily retired (or at-home Moms and Dads), so our guests receive constant attention and supervision; morning, noon and night!

Dogs are like children, each one with their unique personality and specific needs. It is our job and joy to cater to those needs while in our care.
