Josie S. Pet Care Provider in Phoenix, AZ 85035

We have been working with Josie extensively over the past few weeks. My 2 year old son LOVES Josie and her family. The situation has been working so well for us that I was so shocked to find such a great fit! Josie's house is SUPER clean, her family is lovely, and Josie is a wonderful young lady that absolutely understands children! She is a wonderful mom and has treated my son so well! He cried the first time we left, because he didn't want to leave Josie! The first day, my son was running up to Josie to hug her leg! (He is typically very shy of new people, so it was wonderful for me to see this interaction). Josie is patient, loving, communicative, and more than fair! She took in my son in during the pandemic and went the extra mile to sanitize everything even more. Needing to search for childcare during the pandemic was extremely stressful, and Josie completely understood our situation. Every day, I noticed that Josie went above and beyond. She would even check in and ask my permission the day before if my son could play in the small inflatable pool or go outside on a brief walk. Myself being nearly 10 years older than Josie; I can confidently say that this young lady is wise beyond her years had has the right attitude toward children, life situations, and has tons of experience being a great mom and caretaker. She takes every precaution to keep children safe, healthy, and happy.

I have an unusual, irregular schedule (early morning/late days) and Josie never had any issues with it. She cheerfully accommodated my schedule and was extremely flexible. We have a very professional relationship, and I always try to tell her exactly how long she will have my son. Josie has accommodated last minute and emergency situations for me regularly. I absolutely plan to work with Josie in the future. My son loves seeing her and her family. I wish I could use her more, but had to drastically cut down on days with her due to my own ongoing custody challenges with my son. Having met and worked with Josie puts me at great ease knowing that I can keep in touch with her and that she is willing to take us again when our timing improves. We are so lucky to have met and worked with this wonderful young lady.
