I know it is hard to find care for your fur babies when on vacation. Knowing your pets, which are part of your family, are in good hands is always a great comfort. I have always loved animals since a small child. In my personal life I have had many pets. I have owned dogs, cats, ferrets, chickens, guinea pigs, mice, hamsters, sugar gliders, hedgehogs, short tailed Brazilian opossums, a ground squirrel, a duck and opossums. I have done foster/rescue care and education on hedgehogs. I have written information on care and help for hedgehogs for owners. I’ve done medical research for WHS in hedgehogs, which is like MS in people. I designed exercise programs to help in this illness. I have worked with rehabbers and have done rescue, education and release of opossums. I am a member of the National Opossum Society (it’s ok, you may laugh 😊). The National Opossum Society was created by Dr. Anita Henness, DVM. Had we stayed in Georgia I would have learned about rescuing armadillos. As you can see, I do love animals. I am able to medicate and do subcutaneous fluids if needed. Care and love are very important for every animal to be happy. Knowing your pets are in good hands can provide you a vacation without worry.

I know the service pricing is "per visit". I charge per day of $25 to $30.
