I have owned five dogs (a Peckinese-Shitzu, a Dachshund & Border Collie, and currently a own a Yellow-Lab Mix, who I adopted last Summer, she's the first female dog I've ever owned! We also own an Australian Shepherd....I LOVE dogs, in particular, the Border Collie, b/c they are interesting and fun to be around and to play with! I have also had the opportunity to take care of my familiees' & neighbors' pets many times, and have always enjoyed the task.
I am not afraid of any sized dog (or cat), as I have owned various sized dogs over the years, nor do I mind high-energy animals, either. I do not mind taking dogs on walks (short or long (i.e., 3-5miles each walk/day), bathing and/or grooming, picking up messes, nor do I mind helping care for a sick animal, as I have done that with my own dogs & cats. In general, I love animals, prefer dogs to cats, but don't mind either one, and I can care for multiple animals, as well. Also, as we were told to write down $'s, I am very flexible!!!
