This 'great on paper' candidate literally lives less than a mile up one road from us.
Couldn't be bothered to call, just didn't show and won't answer. Why schedule an appointment?? ! Unprofessional, rude and disappointing.
Unfortunately another 'amazing on paper' candidate that can't manage adult responsibility like calling or texting or emailing rather than simply not showing up.
