Opal (1 yr old german shepherd) and Lucy (11 yr old corgi) both need let out once during the day as we both work 10 hr shifts. Luckily it's only 3 days a week. No need to play with them, unless they convince you to. Opal will try to tell you that she's allowed on our couch but I assure you, she is not!. She is still very much a puppy but has passed intermediate obedience training. She knows basic commands and is eager to learn more. Lucy is a typical corgi, shell yell at you like she's Gordon Ramsay if you don't pay enough attention to her, but she's all bark and no bite. In fact, she loves moving kisses if you can get on her level to get them.

They only need let out to potty real quick, ill pay you for 30 min a day but you don't have to stay that whole time.
