14 year old cat with diabetes: 5 days needed

I only need someone to test the cat's blood glucose on her ear, and based on the results, administer insulin via an insulin pen. This would be 2x/day at 7am and 7pm from April 29 7pm until May 3 while I'm away on business. Location is 77035, Westbury near West Bellfort and Chimney Rock.
My brother is handling the cat's feeding and litterbox while I'm gone.
