Hi, we are Caroline & Andy.

Dates needed: 12/26-12/30.Important characteristics: ability to quickly bond with our dogs, reliability, maturity, honesty, & positivity. Prefer remote workers or retired folks who can spend most/all of their time here. We're on 2 semi-wooded acres in River Crossing sub. (12 miles east of the airport). Our 3,600 square foot two-story home is nice but still cozy. Our two pugs, Milo 5 3/4 years old) and Lily (4), are sweet & friendly. You can choose to have them sleep overnight in their cozy crate or on the bed in your room. They're only allowed on furniture if they're on your lap (due to shedding). No medical issues/meds. They need only your loving attention (instruction sheet covers feeding, walks, and bedtime). Our flock of chickens remain in their large pen and need a daily maintenance routine (written instructions provided) of about 10 mins. Questions I have before we do a meet/greet are: 1) Do you have daily obligations that would take you away while we're away? If so, how long/day? 2) Are you okay with our house rule: no other overnight guests? If you have a significant other that you'd like to have help you & stay here, we'd need to meet them first. 3) What pet sitting experience do you have & can you provide 2-3 pet sitting references (preferably repeat clients)? 4) If you have a dog/cat how will you take care of them while here? 5) What is your daily (including overnight) rate? 6) Can you pass a background check that includes criminal background? Please let me know about my questions, and any questions you have. We'd like you to be upfront with us about anything and to feel free to ask questions. If all this sounds good, and you're able to give us most or all of your time while we're away, and, of course, stay here in our home, we'd love to meet with you and introduce you to our dogs and chickens and to show you our home.
