We have a samoyed who is quite social and we're thinking about having a paid walker to take him out more so he can socialize. We also have a baby on the way, so we think this could be useful. He is very sweet (other little dogs may growl at him but he never reacts or growls at other dogs!) and loves kids and all dogs!
