I have two elderly dogs, a 13 year old pug named King Louis and a 10 year old mutt named CJ. I live in a pre-war building in the Upper West Side, 1b, 1b with elevator access. The dogs go out about three times a day but like to have a friend to stay with them through the night. Louis has some mobility issues and is not able to walk up or down stairs, so he must be carried, he weighs 28 lbs.
They will need to walked 3x/day and fed 2x/day, and then they sleep for the rest of the time. They are sweet boys and easy dogs to care for aside from Louie's mobility issues, he shouldn't be allowed on furniture and should have a close eye kept on him as he even struggles to get on his dog bed at times.
I travel typically mon-fri about once a month. Some trips may bleed into a weekend if they are international.
