A dog walk for my two small havanese 1x per day while I am at work

There is a nice dog part about .1 miles away that the dogs love - I am looking for someone to take the two of them there to play for a little while and back home while I am at work. One of them is a puppy, and he cannot hold it for the 9 or so hours I will be outside of the house and I am trying to avoid crating him.
