Who'll let the dogs out?

I need someone to stop by one time during the day and let the dogs out for a bit. It ends up being a long day for them inside otherwise.
A walk is nice, but not required. We have a large backyard for them to run around in, so just letting them out to do whatever for 15 minutes is all that is required.
