I recently rescued a 6 year old American Shepard from the SPCA of Wake County. We named her Donut, because she spins in donuts when she gets excited! She is the sweetest girl, does not beg or get on the furniture, but cannot be left alone for extended periods of time. We think she suffers from high anxiety. I am looking for a sitter to drop-in and just hang out with Donut when both my wife and I leave the house. She would just need let out (we have a fenced in yard) and fed depending on the time frame. She is also not good with other dogs (we are working on this), so no walks would be required.
